CSS Inspector — Chrome Extension

Data We Collect
- QA Notes: Note text, page URL, element path, and an anonymous user ID
- Usage Data: Anonymous identifier (randomly generated, not linked to personal information), browser locale (country code)
How Data Is Stored
- Locally: All inspection data, notes, card position/size, and token maps are stored in chrome.storage.local — entirely within your browser
- Remotely: When you save a QA note, the note content and anonymous metadata are sent to our analytics service for product improvement purposes
What We Do NOT Collect
- No personal information (name, email, account data)
- No browsing history or page content
- No cookies or tracking pixels
Data Sharing
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
- Analytics data is used solely for product improvement
Data Deletion
- Local data is automatically removed when you uninstall the extension
- To request deletion of remote analytics data, please contact us
